Alasdair Kinloch, formerly the Global Head of Client Experience at investment giant abrdn, is joining shareholder fintech Tumelo as an advisor.
Alasdair’s experience working with asset owners and developing leading client and digital propositions, as well as in sustainability and the ever-changing regulatory environment, will support Tumelo’s drive to democratise shareholder voting through technology.
He joins Jon Lukomnik – one-time fiduciary for the five New York City pension funds and lauded by Forbes as one of the pioneers of modern corporate governance – as a strategic advisor to Tumelo.
Georgia Stewart, CEO of Tumelo, said: “This is very exciting for us. There is no limit to the value of having people with Alasdair’s experience on board, and we’re looking forward to working together to help fund managers, shareholders, and others in the investment ecosystem benefit from more impactful stewardship.”
